THE NORTHWEST OIL PAINTERS  GUILD

Located
in Vancouver, Washington, U.S.A

About us

The Northwest Oil Painters Guild was founded in the Summer of 2002.
It was formed around the common bond we have as oil painters
and the shared desire to participate in shows and galleries
 with other oil painters.

We have 50 plus members at present hailing from Washington and Oregon.
Our group is diverse as individuals and as artists.
While we are mostly representational artists,
we have members who are drawn to the contemporary side of art.

Any phase or style of oil painting is acceptable, except work that
may be deemed inappropriate or obscene by the NOPG Executive Board.

A number of our members are also Plein-Air painters.
NOPG members participate in out door paint-outs as time and weather permit.
Look around on our site. We invite you to e-mail us with any questions.

Our meetings are held on the Third Tuesday of each month at,

The Genealogy Society Center
717 Grand Blvd
Vancouver, WA 98661
(Grand Ave between Evergreen and Mill Plain)

We start to gather around 6:30pm.
