The first thing I learned when I began to study Art is that "these" are THE RULES.
And the second thing is that there are NO RULES. And so the question:
My painting style is Contemporary and Expressionistic.
Color and design are the most important aspects of my work.
I like to keep things interesting and fun.
Most often I use strong colors and paint quickly.
I enjoy new ideas and want my paintings to be fresh, playful and perhaps a little
different.
I admire the work of Pierre Bonnard, a French Impressionistic artist.
And the paintings of the American artist, Milton Avery.
Both incorporate rather unusual and interesting compositions along with beautiful
colors.
Art is so many things to so many people.
Painting, drawing, building, gardening, and on and on.
I believe there is an artist in every person.
