NOPG Member Gallery I have spent my whole working life in the field of art, designing, building and painting exhibits, displays and sets.  I have a diverse background in the entertainment industry where I worked on projects for many well known companies including Paramount Pictures and Disney.  The magic happens when you apply special effect lighting.  Far from these comparatively small sets, nature’s special effect lighting back lights entire mountain ranges, filters through the trees of the forests and sculpts the majesty and colour of the desert.  It is up close and personal, too.  It is in the way it back lights a girl’s hair while blowing in the breeze, creates the glow on a child’s skin, the sparkle in the eye, and the beauty of a simple leaf or petal.  It is there for us all to see and I feel so blessed that I do see it and I will spend the rest of my life trying to capture it on canvas.
