Artists are invited to submit a minimum of 3 but up to 10 images for jurying. Ensure to include the
contact information at the top of the Submission Form when sending in your images for
Committee review. There is no fee for submitting.
Artists may submit photos/copies (8x10 or smaller), digital images on CD, Images and Submission
Form information sent by email or website review. Please do not submit original work. You may
deliver your images and Submission Form to Starting Grounds Church, mail your submission to
the Artistic Director or email your submission materials.

Typical hours are Monday – Thursday Noon – 5pm and our pastors, Todd
McArthur or Brandon Martin will be available to accept your submission. The
Church is also open to accept submissions during our regular church service
on Sundays at 5:30pm and we are open on Monday evenings from
6:00-9:00pm. We suggest you call and set an appt. to ensure someone is

Artists that are selected into the Starting Grounds Art Program will be notified by phone or email
within 2 weeks of submission entry. Upon acceptance we will work out the date to hang your
artwork. All 2-D hanging artwork must have a HANGING WIRE attached to the back of each piece.
Please no saw tooth hangers or hanging clips. Glass, plexi-glass or no glass is allowed for this
exhibit. Artists are encouraged, but not required, to offer accepted work for sale. Starting
Grounds Church will retain a 10% commission on all sales. A hard copy of the “Submission Form”
and a must be filled out and included with the delivery of original artworks.
